Triangular air stone for use with medium-large sized air pumps to provide a continuous block of bubbles in your aquarium. Rather than being a single cluster of bubbles rising in one place, this bar produces an elongated curtain, increasing surface movement significantly and creating a dazzling visual effect.

As this is an elongated air stone, it’s important to ensure that the air pump used is powerful enough to produce the pressure required for bubbles from one end of the air stone to the other. Weaker pumps will only power one end of the stone.

When installing air stones, it’s important to add a non return valve to the airline as this acts as a safety mechanism that prevents water from being back siphoned through the air line if the power to the air pump is interrupted for any reason.
