Seachem AmGuard should be your first choice when dealing with sudden ammonia spikes and emergency situations. It rapidly detoxifies toxic ammonia by converting it into a safe, non-toxic form which is then gradually removed by the biofilter. AmGuard does not alter pH.

Directions

Use 1 capful (5 ml) for every 200 L (50 US gallons) daily or as needed to reduce ammonia.
