Red Sea Aiptasia-X 60ml

Red Sea’s Aiptasia-X is a thick adhesive mixture which globulates on contact with the aquarium water.

The pack comes with a syringe with two different attachments, making injecting the solution onto the oral disc of the anemone easy. This then triggers the anemone to ingest the solution without causing it to withdraw. Minutes after the anemone ingests the Aiptasia-X, the anemone will implode, eradicating both the aiptasia and planulas (the free-swimming spores). This ensures the aiptasia does not spread further in the aquarium.

Any excess Aiptasia-X solution will decompose in the aquarium over time, without causing any harm to the reef or it’s inhabitants.
