Platinum Reef KH Buffer 500ml

There are a wide range of benefits to adding Platinum KH buffer to your aquarium, maintaining optimum levels can be beneficial to all your aquarium inhabitants. To keep your corals, encrusting algae, invertebrates, and fish in good health you should aim to maintain an alkalinity  between 7 - 9 dKH.

Directions For Use:

Dissolve 3 grams of Platinum KH Buffer into approximately 5 litres of R0/DI water and stir until dissolved. This will treat approximately 100 litres of aquarium water (adjust dosage as per your system requirements),

Three grams of Platinum alkalinity buffer will increase your alkalinity by approximately 1 dKH. Add the dissolved product to a high flow area in your aquarium. Allow 60 minutes after dosing before testing for alkalinity,

It is not recommended to increase your dKH by more than 0.5 dKH in 24 hours as this may be harmful to sensitive corals.

Platinum KH Buffer can be used in an auto top up or with a dosing system, as per your aquarium requirements.
