Connecting the Grounding Probe to the dedicated port on the ReefControl Power will safely neutralize stray voltages from pumps, heaters, and other electrical components that are particularly noticeable in reef aquariums due to the conductivity of seawater. They are mainly harmless induced voltages; however, they could also be from faulty equipment that may need replacing. The weighted Probe ensures that the corrosion-resistant titanium tip will remain underwater.
